The
TEC5V4A-D is a patented
Peltier controller of
ATI, with high efficiency, high stability, and high reliability. This Peltier controller has a compact size (see Figure 1), and is packaged in a metal enclosure, helping to block the interferences from other electronics. It is utilized to drive
thermal electric coolers (
TECs).

The TEC5V4A-D Peltier controller provides many functions for users: thermistor T-R curve linearization, temperature measurement and monitoring, temperature control loop status indication, TEC voltage monitoring, power up delay, and shut down.
