A series of high voltage power supplies are developed in our company. These products are designed for achieving DC-DC conversion from low voltage to high voltage, and can be applied in many fields, such as nondestructive inspection high voltage power supply, semiconductor manufacturing equipment high voltage power supply, capillary electrophoresis high voltage power supply, nondestructive detection high voltage power supply, particles injection high voltage power supply in semiconductor technology, etc.
These high voltage power supplies feature high precision, full modulation range on output voltage, linear regulation and shutdown functions. The input voltage can be from 11V to 13V. The typical input voltage is 12V. The output current is 3.0mA. The short time drift is <0.5%/ min, and the long time drift is <1%/h. The output voltage temperature stability at −20 ~ 50°C is <±1%. The operating temperature range is from −20°C to 50°C. The storage temperature range is from −55°C to 100°C. The external dimensions is 82×55×28mm.
