ATE1-71 series TEC modules are applied to regulate the temperature of the target object and widely used in solid state laser, icebox, air condition, IC’s, optical components, CPU’s, CCD cameras, etc. This series of tec modules come with high changing speed and stabilize the temperature to a wide range with high precision.
The maximum input voltage is 8.5V and the maximum output current is from 1A to 8A. There are two flat and bare ceramic surfaces on the both sides of the TECs and they can be mounted onto flat metal surfaces by inserting a thin layer thermal pads, which help heat dissipation. During mounting process, proper and constant pressure should be applied so that it can keep good thermal contacting between the metal and the TEC ceramic surfaces, which minimizes thermal resistance between them. There are two packaging methods, sealed version and non-sealed version. Users can select based on the applications.
