ATW3A314D is a
Peltier controller, which is designed and released by
ATI. TheATW3A314DPeltier controller can be used to drive
thermal electric cooler (
TEC). During operation, it has high efficiency (more than 90%), high stability and high reliability. Figure 1 is the photo of the ATW3A314D Peltier controller.

By using the ATW3A314D Peltier controller, users can set the desiredtemperature. When the object temperature is within the pre-set temperature, the controller will not work, and when the temperature exceeds the pre-set temperature, it will start working, so the object temperature remains to be equal to the lower limitof the pre-set temperature. That is the reason why the controller can save energy. This Peltier controller provides two packaging methods for users, DIP and SMT packages.
