The ATLS500mA212 is a laser driver with low output noise and high efficiency. It is designed to drive one or multiple laser diodes for DPSSL, EDFA, or fiber lasers. This laser driver features high current stability, low output noise, and small size, as shown in Figure 1, and so on. And there are two package methods available: DIP and SMT packages.

The ATLS500mA212 laser driver comes with three control modes: shutdown, standby and operation. Under standby mode, all the laser driver components work except the output stage. Under shutdown mode, all the components of the laser driver stop working and the power supply current is reduced to < 3µA. And during operation, the laser driver needs no heat sinks, so it is very convenient to use.
