TEC module is short for thermoelectric cooler, and is also called Peltier cooler, or TECs. There are multiple pairs of Peltier elements inside the two ceramic plates of TEC modules. One ceramic plate dissipates heat and the other side absorbs heat. The TEC module is perfect for temperature control applications.

Nowadays, the applications of TEC modules are more and more popular. One of the most important factor for selecting TECs is the service life. Normal TEC modules in the market have relatively short service life when they are experiencing thermal cycling tests. Our company developed a series of thermal cycling TECs with good performance and long service life. ATE1-TC-70-15AS is one of them.

Through a series of thermal cycling tests, ATE1-TC-70-15AS can still work well. There are 70 pairs of Peltier elements; the maximum current through the TECs is 15A; The maximum input voltage is 9.6V. The maximum differential temperature between two ceramic plates of TECs is 72°C.

TEC modules can work with TEC controllers, ntc thermistors, and heat sinks to build a temperature control system.
