ATLS200MA103 is a laser driver in 103 laser driver series, with the maximum low noise output current of 200mA. The noise is ultra low, ≤2.5µVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz.
When this laser driver is powered by a 5V power supply, it will output a voltage range from 1.5V to 4V. The output current of this laser driver can be set by an input voltage linearly or modulated by an external signal of up to 2MHz in bandwidth, which results in a minimum 1μS rise and fall time at the output current. There is a low noise 2.5V reference voltage that is used for setting the output current. This reference can also be used as the voltage reference for external ADCs and/or DACs. 
Two packaging versions are available, DIP package and SMT package. The former can be evaluated by an evaluation board ATLS1A103DEV1.0, which comes with a dummy laser on the board.
